Q: How long does it take before my order is shipped to me?
A: If everything is in stock at the time, your order will be sent out within a day or two. Anything that needs to be ordered from our suppliers, may take 4-8 weeks.

Q: Can I pay for my order with credit card?
A: Yes, you can pay with VISA, American Express and MasterCard.

Q: Is there a minimum amount when ordering?
A: Yes, the minimum amount is set to NOK 100,-

Q: Do you also have a shop in addition to the online shop?
A: Not anymore, but a selection of Darklands clothes and accessories are available from Outland in Kristiansand. Your online orders can also be picked up here. The address is: Markensgt. 41 (Entrance from Kristian IV's gate) Phone: 38 09 94 20

Q: What does it mean when an item is "out of stock"?
A: Items marked "out of stock" are only temporary out of stock. Unless it's removed from the web site it is still available, and we will get it back very soon. So make sure you check back later.

Q: How do I know what the prices are in my own currency?
A: To see the prices in different currencies, please go to the currency converter here (NOK = Norway Kroner)

Q: Is it possible to pick up my order, to save on postage?
A: Yes, no problem. You can prepay for your order online with credit cards or PayPal, and choose "pick up from store" when you checkout. Your order can then be collected at Outland in Kristiansand. That way you don't have to pay any extra postage.

Q: I have forgotten my password. What do I do?
A: If you've forgotten your password, simply enter the e-mail address you registered with in the login form, and we will send you a new one.
