Ordering
When placing an order, make sure you always leave your correct e-mail address and phone number, so that we can keep in touch with you regarding your order.

After you've placed an order with us, you will immediately receive an order confirmation.

If you choose credit card or PayPal, you can checkout and pay for your order at once. If you choose Cash On Delivery, you will receive a seperate e-mail with the total amount and payment information.

Please note that you need to be either above the age of 18 to order, or have permission from one who is above that age, and who's also responsible for the order and the payment of this.

The minimum amount on all orders is NOK 100,-

Payment Options:
1) Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express)

2) PayPal - Free, secure and easy! Simply open a PayPal account at www.paypal.com Signing up for a PayPal account is easy, and takes just a few minutes to complete. Once you're done, you can send your payment in minutes! Our e-mail address to use is: paypal@darklands.no

3) Cash On Delivery (Postoppkrav.) A Cash On Delivery fee to the post office (NOK 76,-) will be added to your order in addition to postage. You pay for your order when picking it up at the Post Office. Please note: Cash On Delivery (postoppkrav) only applies to customers in Norway.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping time: If the items ordered are in stock, your order will be sent out to you within the next day. Anything that needs to be ordered from our suppliers, may take up to 4-8 weeks. We will notify you regarding out of stock items.

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O.boxes.

All parcels are sent via Norwegian postal service.
Shipping locations: Worldwide.

We aim to always have the shown items in stock. If something is sold out, we'll order it for you as quickly as we can. When choosing the two-time delivery option, you need to pay postage on both deliveries. However, with two small deliveries, the postage might actually be less than the stated postage, as two small deliveries will be sent out as "small parcels". The Cash on Delivery fee to the post office is charged on both deliveries.
We'll never split an order in more than two deliveries.

Prices
All prices are in Norwegian Kroner. (NOK) and include 25% VAT but exclude shipping costs. We reserve the right to change the price of the shown products.

Postage is calculated when you place an order, depending on the value of your order. See postal rates below. Handling fee included. Please note that, when ordering from outside Norway, customs may impose an import duty and VAT on your order.

Postal Rates (Norway)
Orders with value below NOK 750,- > Postage: NOK 75,- (Small parcel)
Orders with value above NOK 750,- > Postage: NOK 150,- (Large parcel)

Small parcels will be sent as letters, and will not have a tracking number. We are not responsible for parcels that may get lost in the post. Please make sure you leave your correct address. Large parcels will be sent as parcels where you will be able to receive a tracking number when the order is being sent to you.

A fee to the post office of NOK 76,- will be added if you choose Cash On Delivery.

If you choose credit cards or PayPal, there's no fee! Only postage.

Cash On Delivery (Postoppkrav) only applies to customers in Norway.


Postal Rates (Europe)
Orders with value below NOK 350,- > Postage: NOK 150,- (Small parcel)
Orders with value above NOK 350,- > Postage: NOK 300,- (Large parcel)

Small parcels will be sent as letters, and will not have a tracking number. We are not responsible for parcels that may get lost in the post. Please make sure you leave your correct address. Large parcels will be sent as parcels where you will be able to receive a tracking number when the order is being sent to you.

All orders > Postage: NOK 350,-

Unclaimed Items
When choosing Cash on Delivery as payment method, you have to collect the parcel from the Post Office within TWO weeks, or it will be sent back to us.

PLEASE NOTE: With unclaimed items that are sent back, we have to charge the customer a fee in order to cover our expenses. The fee is currently set to NOK 500,- So make sure you leave your correct address - and pick it up in time!

Returns
We will accept returns for clothing items which are faulty or do not fit. All returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed. All items are checked before shipping. Faulty items are normally replaced like for like, except if an item is out of stock. Sizing problems we will send you the size you require, subject to the garment being manufactured in that size. Failing this you may choose another item. Return shipping to us is at your own expense. Faulty goods replacements we will ship back to you at our expense. Size replacement shipping will be charged to you.
Please note: Do not send returns as cash on delivery, as these will not be collected.
Socks, tights, stockings, underwear, make-up and piercing jewellery can not be returned.

Washing of Garments
Follow instructions on each garment, to keep them in perfect condition.
